The installation was realized for the Hermès flagship store in Zurich and on view from July to October 2023, commissioned by Hermès and produced in collaboration with ECAL.

The window display invites the viewer to glimpse the extraordinary within the ordinary, where everyday acts unfold in a realm of geometric abstraction. At its core, a totemic figure strides forward walking its pet, a surreal character seemingly caught between motion and stillness. 

The design is composed of a collage of textures and materials: papier-mâché, plaster, lacquered and natural wood, painted metal, and felt. Geometric fragments interlock, suspending the forms between lightness and structure. Each element, meticulously crafted and finished by hand, carries the imprint of its making, an homage to the artisanal essence of Hermès.
