Topology of a Body is a collection of body jewelry that echoes the anatomy of the human form, mapping its underlying framework in steel wire. A skeletal trace on the skin. Inspired by 20th-century orthopedic braces, these pieces blur the line between support and restraint, between movement and stillness.
Each structure is a delicate exoskeleton, carefully designed to follow the body’s natural axes, joints, and curves. The interplay of rigid geometries and organic lines transforms metal into an extension of the body -at times protective, at times restrictive.
These pieces exist in a paradox: they appear to hold the body in place, yet they move with it. They evoke both vulnerability and strength, fragility and endurance. Topology of a Body invites the wearer to inhabit this duality, becoming both subject and structure in a continuous dialogue between the body and its boundaries.
